Thank you very much, arrived Monday morning as you said it would, the box was slightly damaged (as you said again), but the slide was for our grandsons 2nd birthday. I would just like to drop a note to thank your staff for the fantastic service I received this week from Adventure Toys. I ordered a Little Tikes roadster bed on Monday, the credit card eventually going through at 17:30 (ish), and received the product the next day. The lady who dealt with my enquiry was excellent, particularly with the delicacy of the situation when my card was not accepted ( this turned out to be a fault with visa). She phoned me back when asked, and kept me informed with the status of the order. I was given your number by Little Tikes helpdesk, as i had been waiting three weeks for a delivery by Tesco direct, and was getting a little desperate. Your service has put a huge organisation like Tesco to shame. I will definitely be using your company again, and feel free to let Little Tikes see this communication. I am a Sales and Marketing manager myself, and I appreciate good service; you definitely have that!

I must write to thank you for an incredibly speeeeeeeeeeedy and superb service. I have gone mad ordering pieces for my 3 year old Godson's train set. I am a full time wheelchair user so cannot play down on the floor with him so have had a table cut down to size so I can set the track up on it permanently so I can reach to play with him !!! It's BRILLIANT - I have ordered more bits and pieces as the track has evolved and it's so convenient being able to see the products and have further specific information e.g.: measurements etc. online and then simply order and await another exciting parcel!!!! I have to say my adult friends are all also hooked and thoroughly enjoy playing when they're here!!! I can't wait for the Adventure Tunnel !!!! Thank you for a superb site and superb service. A crucial part of the construction for the crane on the sandbox I ordered was missing - I phoned you and STRAIGHT AWAY got through TO A PERSON!!!! - who immediately dealt with it and I now await the part.
